Pelvic floor physiotherapy is a vital part of recovery and wellness for many women after childbirth. The pelvic floor muscles play a crucial role in bladder, bowel, and core function, and they can often be weakened or strained during pregnancy and delivery. Post-partum care focuses on helping new mums regain strength, manage discomfort, and navigate the physical changes that come with motherhood. Our tailored physiotherapy services are designed to restore balance, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being. Whether you’re experiencing issues like incontinence, pelvic pain, or simply want to rebuild your confidence, we’re here to support your journey with experienced care and personalised treatment plans.
